Prana Yoga Club
Description
Prana Yoga Club runs classes with Cô Trinh, who apparently takes punctuality more seriously than her own students do (her words, basically). The space is clean, well-ventilated, and modern – which matters more than it sounds when you’re doing hot yoga in a Vietnamese summer.
Online classes are available and actually work, which puts Prana ahead of the many studios that treat virtual sessions as an afterthought. The teaching style gets singled out for being clear and easy to follow, so this is not a place where you’ll spend an hour confused about what your left foot is supposed to be doing.
The instructor also has a reputation for lifting people’s moods mid-session – whether that’s a selling point or a warning depends on how you feel about chatty yoga teachers. Most people seem to appreciate it.
