Rabbit Spa punches well above its price point for both massage and nail work. The hot stone massage is the standout service here – the kind that has people coming back a second time before they even leave Hoi An (the French reviewer’s ‘addiction’ comment tracks). Therapists Thuong, Thuy, and Thao get name-checked repeatedly, which tells you the skill level is consistent rather than a one-person show.
The nail side of the business is serious, not an afterthought. Gel nails, nail art from reference photos, manicures and pedicures – reviewers with high standards on this stuff left satisfied. Owner Hanh runs a tight, warm operation (she gave a guest’s mother a gift for Women’s Day, then refused a tip in return).
Groups and families work well here given the space and the staff-to-client ratio. Post-massage coffee is apparently on the house, which is a small thing that people remember.
