Riverside Yoga and Ice Bath
Description
A riverside yoga studio that pairs proper movement sessions with cold water immersion – the combination is the whole point. Instructor Daria adjusts to your actual body and fitness level rather than running a one-size class, and the essential oils during savasana are a genuinely nice touch. Sessions run around three hours, covering yoga, breathwork, and the ice bath (which is optional, but you should do it).
The setting does most of the heavy lifting atmospherically – being by the river pulls you far enough from the old town noise that it feels like a different place entirely. Private and quiet, which is not always easy to find in Hoi An.
The half-day retreat format is the way to go if you have the time. It packages everything together and gives the experience room to actually work rather than feeling rushed.
