RMH Le Belhamy Beach Resort
Description
A beachfront resort about 6km from the old town, currently mid-renovation under new Spanish management. That sounds like a red flag but reviewers consistently say you barely notice the work, and the operating section is well-maintained with pool villas that sit right on the water.
The standout here is the staff – multiple reviews single out the team (and a manager named Jose) by name, which tells you something real about the atmosphere. It’s quiet, spacious, and low-rise, so it doesn’t feel like a resort factory.
Breakfast gets called out repeatedly as good, with enough variety to keep a kid describing it as ‘insane.’ The beach is calm and largely private given the resort’s current reduced capacity (around 30 guests instead of the eventual 125).
Highlights
- Staff friendliness comes up in almost every review, across multiple languages
- Breakfast buffet is consistently praised as well-stocked and varied
- Grounds are well-kept, shaded by palms, and peaceful
- 6km from Hoi An old town means you're Grab-dependent for evenings out (budget a few dollars each way)
