Ruby Ruby is run by Ruby herself, a hands-on leather artisan who makes everything personally and has the skills to back it up. Bring a photo of what you want – bags, shoes, sandals, belts, jackets – and she will sit with you, give honest advice, and then actually deliver the thing you showed her (which is rarer than it sounds on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street).

Turnaround is fast, often same-day for simpler pieces, and she will deliver to your hotel in Da Nang if needed. The whole operation is family-run and small, which means Ruby stays involved from measurement to finished product rather than handing you off to someone in a back room.

Prices are fair for the quality – expect to pay more than the cheapest shops on the strip, but you are paying for leather that actually feels like leather and stitching that holds.
