Ruby does nails properly. Gel colors that actually have coverage, ombré that looks like the inspiration photo, pedicures that come out clean and precise – this is the place locals and long-term residents end up loyal to after trying everywhere else in town.
Ruby herself runs the place and has a personality that makes the whole visit better. The staff are skilled enough to take a reference picture seriously rather than just nodding and doing whatever they want (a more common experience in Hoi An than you’d hope).
Pricing is good for the quality – reviewers from Europe and Japan both flagged they were getting work done here that would cost significantly more back home. The air conditioning works well, which matters more than it sounds when it’s 35 degrees outside.
