The pace is unhurried, so it’s a better fit for a long lunch than a quick bite before a tour bus leaves.
Order the Vietnamese pancakes and the eggplant, both standouts on the menu. There’s also a solid range of sandwiches, salads and burgers that you won’t find at most of the other beachfront cafes, plus coffee worth stopping for on its own. Beer runs a bit pricey for the area, around 35,000 VND for a Saigon, but food prices overall stay reasonable. Open all week, Monday through Sunday.
What makes Sea Wind different is the family itself: Thuy’s father sometimes offers palm readings and blessings on site, which turns a coffee stop into something more memorable if you’re open to it.
