This is a leather workshop that actually does what the other shops on the street promise. Shoes, boots, bags, belts, jackets – all made to order from a photo, a sketch, or just a description. The knife roll commission alone tells you everything about how far they’ll go on a custom brief.

Lee is the person to talk to. She speaks good English, knows her materials, and will let you handle swatches before committing. Prices are fair enough that most customers barely bother haggling (which, in Hoi An, is saying something).

Build in 48 hours minimum for most pieces, and pad that if you’re leaving town on a tight schedule. Delays do happen – not often, but they do. The work is good enough that most people come back for a second order before they even leave.
