SỨ SPA HOI AN
Description
Su Spa punches above its weight for a small Hoi An spa. The massage staff here actually listen – one therapist adjusted pressure room by room on the same client without being asked twice, which is rarer than it should be. The space is clean without feeling clinical, and the upstairs rooms are quiet enough to actually relax in.
They do nails too, and do them well. Several visitors came in for a pedicure and left having booked a manicure on the spot – the gel work held up. The welcome-to-farewell hospitality is considered: cold towel and water on arrival, lemongrass tea on the way out.
One Korean reviewer had a bad time with a foot massage – long wait, distracted therapist, upselling pressure, no apology. Worth knowing. That said, the majority of repeat visitors specifically name individual therapists like Hong, Tin, and My, which suggests the quality is person-dependent rather than patchy across the board.
Highlights
- Consistently clean space, from the rooms to the linens
- Thoughtful hospitality touches: cold towels, water, lemongrass tea
- Nail services (gel mani/pedi) are good enough that people book more on the day
- Foot massage chairs reportedly uncomfortable without extra cushioning
