The tea list runs deep into specialty and traditional territory, including a seasonal tra sen (lotus tea from Hue) served packed inside a fresh lotus flower, which mellows and softens the flavor. Kombucha here is made without added sugar and is worth ordering on a hot afternoon. Staff walk you through a traditional tea-serving ritual if you’re curious, and they’re happy to explain the production behind the wine and kombucha too. Seating spreads across two floors, and the upper level stays cool even in summer. The shop is open daily, but it’s easy to miss since it’s hidden off the main street.
This isn’t a grab-and-go coffee stop. It rewards people willing to sit still for an hour and actually taste what they’re drinking. Skip it if you’re in a rush or need something loud and fast.
