Pho Hoi I Hotel
Description
A budget hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin: cheap beds in Hoi An’s old town area. Staff get consistently good marks for being helpful, which counts for a lot when you’re trying to sort out a motorbike rental or figure out the bus schedule.
The rooms are a decent size for the price point, but the damp issue mentioned by multiple guests is a real concern – Hoi An’s humidity is no joke, and some rooms here seem to be losing the battle against it. If you’re sensitive to musty smells, book elsewhere.
This is the kind of place you land in when you’ve left booking late or the better-reviewed spots are full. It functions. The staff will look after you. Just don’t expect much beyond the basics.
