HOI AN TNT VILLA
Description
TNT Villa sits close enough to the Ancient Town to walk there in 10-15 minutes, but far enough that you won’t spend every night listening to backpacker bars. The pool area is pleasant for afternoon shade-sitting, the beds are softer than the Vietnamese hotel average, and the staff actually learn your name (which sounds small until it happens to you).
Rooms have balconies overlooking the pool and are spacious, though the decor is showing its age and some bathrooms skip the shower partition entirely (standard here, just good to know before you arrive). Breakfast covers enough ground to keep most people happy without being remarkable.
The front desk team handles tour bookings and local advice at fair prices, which is useful if you land without a plan. Kitchen staff get mixed reviews for warmth, and noise from neighboring properties has come up – ask for a room on the quieter side.
Highlights
- Pool is a genuine asset for cooling off during Hoi An's brutal midday heat
- Location is a practical sweet spot - walkable to the old town without being in the thick of the noise
- Beds are comfortable and rooms are kept very clean
- Noise from neighboring buildings (loud music) has been an issue for some guests
