Hoiana Residences
Description
Hoiana Residences sits inside the massive Hoiana resort complex on the coast south of Hoi An – think casino, golf course, multiple pools, and enough space to lose track of where you parked your brain. The rooms are spacious and the onsite buggy service means you’re not sweating across the complex every time you want to move. A shuttle runs to the old town, which matters because you’re not walking distance to anything resembling local life.
The front desk staff get mentioned by name repeatedly across reviews, which is either very good training or good people (probably both – Amee, Lucy, Manh Dat, and Quynh Anh all show up). Service is the real product here, and it delivers. English is solid throughout, which removes the usual guesswork.
The free pool is in front of the residence; the Cove pool costs extra (worth knowing before you pack expectations). Breakfast is fine, not exciting. This is a resort that works best if you’re here for golf, a wedding, or just want a buffer of comfort between yourself and the world.
Highlights
- Buggy service around the complex makes getting between facilities painless
- Shuttle to Hoi An old town runs regularly and actually works
- Spacious rooms with room to breathe
- The free pool and paid Cove pool distinction isn't clearly flagged upfront
