Nam Trân is not a tailor shop – it’s a three-floor ceramic and antique collector’s den run by Bich and her family, who have spent years sourcing pieces ranging from handmade local pottery to genuine shipwreck artifacts from the 14th century. The kind of place where you pick up one bowl and end up an hour later still talking to the owner about the provenance of a sake cup.

Prices are reasonable and most items are one of a kind, which means if you see something you like, buy it. The family wraps purchases carefully for travel, which matters when you’re trying to get antique ceramics home in one piece.

The owners are the main reason people come back multiple times in a single trip. Bich and her husband know their inventory deeply and will talk you through it if you let them.
