Serene Nature Boutique Resort & Spa
Description
Serene Nature sits in the middle of working rice fields on the outskirts of Hoi An, which means you wake up to birds and paddies instead of motorbike horns. It’s a short Grab ride from the Ancient Town (or a free bike ride if you’re up for it), so the rural setting doesn’t trap you anywhere. The pool is embedded right in the rice field scenery, which is the kind of thing you’ll photograph approximately forty times.
The staff is the real selling point here. Multiple guests single out specific team members by name, which almost never happens unless something went right. Breakfast gets consistent praise, the coconut coffee at the bar has fans, and the free bicycles are a legitimately good way to reach town.
A few rough edges exist. Some guests flagged missing bathroom supplies needing follow-up requests, worn bedding, and the occasional unfriendly bar staff member. Rooms at the back can pick up noise from neighboring properties, so it’s worth requesting one facing the fields when you book.

- Housekeeping occasionally misses towels or toiletries, requiring guests to chase them down
