Lantern Restaurant & Cooking Class
Description
Chef Thanh runs this cooking class out of his family home, and that’s exactly what makes it work. You start at the market picking produce, then cook three or four dishes in a real restaurant kitchen with a maximum of six people per class. Mango salad, spring rolls, and pho are regulars on the menu.
