Almanity Hoi An Wellness Resort
Description
Almanity sits right on the edge of the Old Town, which means you can walk to Hoi An’s main streets in under ten minutes but still come back to a calm property. The pool is the main draw – large, rarely crowded, and lined with enough sunbeds that you won’t be hovering over strangers waiting for one to open up. Morning Tai Chi by the water is a nice bonus if you’re the type who actually does that sort of thing.
Breakfast gets consistent praise, and the rooms overlooking the pool are worth requesting specifically. Staff quality is uneven – some excellent people here (Mimi at reception and pool attendant Lan get repeated mentions), but a few who will walk past you without acknowledgment. The shuttle to An Bang Beach is a practical perk that saves you negotiating with grab drivers every time.
This is a solid mid-range resort that delivers more than its price suggests. Rooms are showing some age in spots, but comfortable enough that it won’t bother anyone who isn’t coming straight from a brand-new Da Nang property.
