KOI Hoi An Resort and Spa
Description
KOI sits on a small private island connected by a footbridge, which sounds fancier than it is, but does give the place a calm, removed feeling that’s hard to find this close to Hoi An. The setting – river on one side, easy beach access on the other – is the main draw here. Flowers everywhere, clean rooms with Vietnamese styling, and a pool area that works well when the service actually shows up.
It’s older and further from the old town than the newer resorts (about 10 minutes by Grab), so you’re trading convenience for quiet. The shuttle bus into town helps, but budget for a few ride apps. Staff are generally friendly and willing, even if the pace can test your patience.
