Kumquat BBQ Restaurant Cooking Class
Description
Kumquat sits outside the old town’s tourist scrum, surrounded by rice fields, and runs both a restaurant and cooking classes out of the same spot. The food leans into dishes you won’t find on every corner – the BBQ is serious, the watercress salad is a must-order, and they grow some of what ends up on your plate. The chef speaks excellent English and clearly enjoys teaching, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to actually learn something.
