Lemongrass Restaurant Hội An
Description
A small Vietnamese restaurant sitting on one of the old town’s quieter squares, Lemongrass keeps its menu tight and puts the focus on fresh ingredients done well. The cao lau and the seafood noodles are the standouts, and the lemongrass chicken lives up to the name – genuinely soft, genuinely fragrant. Cocktails are worth ordering too, which isn’t something you can say about most places in this category.
Prices run higher than the average Hoi An spot, so walk in knowing that. The food can be inconsistent on a bad night, and if you end up seated upstairs, you may wait longer than you should for attention from the staff.
